Cosmecart（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが収集・利用する情報についてご説明します。

Cosmecart respects your privacy. This policy describes what information the app collects and how it is used.

本アプリは以下の情報にアクセスします。

• フォトライブラリ：商品のスクリーンショットを選択するためにアクセスします。選択した画像はデバイス上のOCR（Apple Vision フレームワーク）で処理され、画像データそのものは外部サーバーには送信されません。
• ネットワーク通信：OCRで認識されたテキスト（商品名・ブランド名）を当アプリ運営のAPI（cosmecart-api.vercel.app）に送信し、楽天市場およびAmazon.co.jpの商品情報（価格・商品URL・商品画像URL）を検索・取得します。送信されるのは商品名・ブランド名のテキストのみであり、画像・個人情報・デバイス識別子は送信されません。
• OCRテキスト不足時のフォールバック：デバイス上のOCRで十分なテキストが認識できなかった場合に限り、画像データ（Base64エンコード）を上記APIに送信し、商品情報の抽出を行います。この画像データはAPIサーバー上で処理後、保存されません。

The app accesses your photo library to let you select product screenshots. Images are processed on-device using Apple's Vision framework for OCR. The recognized text (product name, brand name) is sent to our API server (cosmecart-api.vercel.app) to search product information from Rakuten and Amazon.co.jp. Only text data is transmitted — no images, personal information, or device identifiers are sent. As a fallback when on-device OCR yields insufficient text, the image data (Base64-encoded) may be sent to the API for product extraction; this image data is not stored on the server after processing.

• 氏名・住所・メールアドレス等の個人識別情報
• 位置情報
• デバイス識別子（広告ID等）
• クレジットカード・決済情報
• 利用状況の追跡（アナリティクス・クラッシュレポート等のサードパーティSDKは使用していません）

We do not collect personally identifiable information, location data, advertising identifiers, payment information, or usage analytics. No third-party SDKs for analytics or crash reporting are included.

ウィッシュリストのデータ（商品名・価格・画像URL等）はデバイス内のみに保存されます（SwiftData）。外部サーバーへのユーザーデータのアップロード・同期は行いません。アプリを削除すると、すべてのデータがデバイスから完全に削除されます。

Wishlist data (product names, prices, image URLs, etc.) is stored only on your device using SwiftData. No user data is uploaded to or synced with external servers. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all data from your device.

本アプリ内の楽天市場・Amazon.co.jp・Qoo10への購入リンクには、アフィリエイトリンクが含まれる場合があります。ユーザーがこれらのリンクを経由して商品を購入した場合、当アプリ運営者がアフィリエイト報酬を受け取ることがあります。

アフィリエイトリンクの使用は、表示される商品情報・価格・検索結果の内容に影響を与えません。また、ユーザーの購入価格が上乗せされることはありません。

Product links to Rakuten, Amazon.co.jp, and Qoo10 within this app may contain affiliate links. When users purchase products through these links, the app developer may receive an affiliate commission. The use of affiliate links does not affect the product information, prices, or search results displayed. Users are not charged any additional fees.

本アプリはユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・共有しません。商品検索およびアフィリエイトリンクのため、以下のサービスを利用しています。

• 楽天市場 API / 楽天アフィリエイト：商品情報の検索およびアフィリエイトリンクの生成に使用。送信データは商品検索クエリ（テキスト）のみです。
• Amazon.co.jp / Amazonアソシエイト：商品情報の検索およびアフィリエイトリンクの生成に使用。送信データは商品検索クエリ（テキスト）のみです。
• Qoo10 / バリューコマース：Qoo10への検索リンクにバリューコマースのアフィリエイトリンクを使用しています。リンクのクリック時にバリューコマースのサーバーを経由しますが、本アプリからバリューコマースへユーザーの個人情報は送信されません。
• Vercel：上記APIのホスティングに使用。APIサーバーはユーザーデータを保存しません。

ユーザーが購入リンクをタップして外部サイト（楽天市場・Amazon.co.jp・Qoo10）に遷移した場合、以降のデータ取り扱いは各サイトのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. For product search and affiliate links, we use: Rakuten API / Rakuten Affiliate (product search and affiliate link generation), Amazon.co.jp / Amazon Associates (product search and affiliate link generation), Qoo10 / ValueCommerce (affiliate link generation for Qoo10 search links), and Vercel (API hosting). Only text search queries are transmitted. The API server does not store user data. When users tap purchase links and navigate to external sites (Rakuten, Amazon, Qoo10), data handling thereafter is subject to each site's privacy policy.

ユーザーはアプリ内からいつでも個別の商品を削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすると、すべてのデータが完全に削除されます。サーバー側にユーザーデータは保存されないため、サーバーへの削除リクエストは不要です。

Users can delete individual items within the app at any time. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all data. Since no user data is stored on our servers, no server-side deletion request is necessary.

本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、意図的に児童の個人情報を収集しません。

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページに掲載するとともに、アプリのアップデート情報にて通知します。

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected on this page and noted in app update release notes.
